Student athlete needs a current physical on file (within the past 3 years). Please be sure that the form is completed by your medical provider . Completed physical form can be turned in to your school athletic office in person, faxed to your school, or scanned & emailed to your school athletic secretary. This is needed before a student can register for Icettes.

Tryouts for Synchro Teams will be during the first and second weeks of the season. Please check the calendar for exact times. Please refer to the list of try-out skills.
Skaters must be registered with ISD 196 Athletics through EduTrak Connect before reporting to first practice with their completed ISD 196 health forms and ensure that their ISI membership is current.

Figure Skating Information & Associations
Ice Skating Institute – The Ice Skating Institute (ISI) is an international industry trade association encompassing all aspects of the ice skating industry. Founded in 1959 as a nonprofit organization for owners, operators and developers of ice skating facilities.
U.S. Figure Skating – U.S. Figure Skating (USFS) is the official governing body for the sport of figure skating in the United States, recognized as such by both the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and the International Skating Union (ISU). As the governing body, U.S. Figure Skating's mission is to provide programs to encourage participation and achievement in the sport of figure skating. Among other things, U.S. Figure Skating's status as governing body gives it the authority to regulate and govern the sport in the United States, create rules for the holding of tests, competitions and other activities, and to organize and sponsor competitions for the purpose of stimulating interest in the sport.
Twin City Figure Skating Association - The Twin City Figure Skating Association (TCFSA) consists of figure skating clubs within the state of Minnesota who are permanent members of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) and who desire to join the association.
